Case Description Copy

This case is located in Chiayi, Taiwan and is a highly functional high-specification guest house. In addition to the overall space configuration of restaurant, kitchen and indoor golf , two KTV private rooms with different attributes are specially planned in the entertainment reception area, respectively corresponding to the two needs of party gatherings and business negotiations, making the entire hospitality space more complete and flexible.

Among them, the large private room is the party-type KTV private room , with an area of nearly 40 pings , and the overall scale is open, suitable for multi-person gatherings, entertainment interaction and social reception; the other is a small private room that favors business attributes , with an area of about 10 pings , which is more suitable for business talks, private talks and high-quality reception. The large and small configuration also allows the field to have the most suitable space atmosphere and use efficiency in different situations.

Another major advantage of this case is that it belongs to the customized space , with a floor height of about 4.5 meters . Compared with many low-floor and low-rise building environments in Taiwan, this scale advantage makes the space more visually open, and it is easier to create the desired atmosphere and layering. Whether it is the proportion of private rooms, lighting arrangement, or equipment integration, the overall performance is more relaxed, and the entertainment space is not only fully functional, but also has a high-standard field experience.

In terms of functional configuration, both large and small private rooms are equipped with bar area, refrigerator and wine cabinet , making wine production, storage and daily reception more convenient and smooth. This plan not only improves the efficiency of use, but also upgrades the private room from a single singing space to a complex field with social, hospitality and entertainment attributes.

In terms of entertainment system, both private rooms can meet the needs of singing and DJing , and synchronously configure subwoofer system to further enhance the live atmosphere and auditory performance. Whether it is a lively party scene, or a business and entertainment demand that pays attention to texture and rhythm control, it can be fully presented in different scales of space.

Overall, this is not only a fully equipped guest house, but also a very mature project that combines business reception, leisure and entertainment with space specifications . From complete functionality to private room details, from spatial scale to atmosphere creation, it reflects high completion and high use value.
